Power of the Holy Spirit

Power of the Holy Spirit Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you...... The disciples saw Jesus heal the sick, raise the dead, turn water into wine, walked on water, fed 5000 people, resurrected and ascended. Surely this was enough to build their faith, move mountains, overcome principalities and powers of darkness. Yet we learn that they needed the power of the Holy Ghost. Hummmmmm!!! As Morden Christians we dont have first hand experiences as the disciples. Our faith is built on the word of God. Yet some believe we can do and accomplish our purpose without the power of the Holy Spirit. Interestingly we can't; The power of the Holy Spirit shows us things to come, where to go, what to do and not do and He gives us power to overcome all things.
